Tenuta Quarrata e’ una residenza risalente al periodo fine 1700 sorge su una collina adiacente al piccolo paese di Santo Pietro Belvedere in provincia di Pisa.La proprietà è circondata da un parco secolare e da vari ettari di terreno coltivati ad olivi.La villa padronale ed il casale anticamente costituivano una struttura rurale, completandosi nel tempo con l’ampliamento della villa e la costruzione della chiesa.La cantina sotterranea risalente al periodo etrusco, fa presupporre che in quel periodo fossero tombe scavate dalla civiltà etrusca, poi ampliate nel corso degli anni per essere utilizzate nel periodo rurale come deposito per il vino e l’olio, avendo le condizioni climatiche ideali per il mantenimento di questi prodotti.
